The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 968 out of 1,356 candidates successfully passed the Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination. The exam was given by the Board of Real Estate Service in various locations, including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban, in July 2025.
The results were officially released just two working days after the examination.
Leading the list of successful examinees is Richard Anthony Kepis Relata of Lyceum of Alabang, who achieved the highest score of 92.50%.
