Board Exam Preparation

First off, you need to have a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM) degree to take the Real Estate Broker (REB) or Real Estate Appraiser (REA) licensure exam.

No. You cannot take the REB/REA licensure exam without a BSREM degree.

Payments

You can make payments through digital platforms like GCash, Maya, or via bank transfers using BPI or BDO.

ALPHA accepts students who wish to pay in installments. However, we encourage full payment to gain immediate access to all program benefits, including unlimited quizzes, self-paced online reviews, and live lectures via Zoom.

If you opt to pay in installments, you will not qualify for any promotions or discounts. ALPHA will only enroll you in the package that your payment can cover until you settle your balance.

  • All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, handouts, and quizzes, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You agree not to:
    • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course materials without the express written consent of the provider.
    • Share course materials with any unauthorized individuals or entities.
    • Upload course materials to any online platform, including but not limited to, file-sharing sites, social media platforms, and online forums.
  • Violating these terms may have legal consequences under Republic Act 8293, the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, which prescribes penalties for infringement, including fines and imprisonment.

Data Privacy and Confidentiality

  • You acknowledge and agree that the provider may collect and use personal information to administer the course, provide student support services, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • You agree not to:
    • Record or share any part of the course without the express written consent of the provider.
    • Share any personal information of other students or instructors without their consent.
  • Violation of these terms may have legal consequences under Republic Act No. 9995, which defines “photo or video voyeurism” as:
    • Taking photos or videos of a person without their consent in circumstances where they reasonably expect privacy.
    • Selling, copying, reproducing, broadcasting, sharing, showing, or exhibiting these photos or videos through the internet, cellular phones, or other similar means without the written consent of the person depicted, even if consent was initially given to record or take photos or videos.

Cybercrime

  • You acknowledge and agree that unauthorized access to the provider’s networks, including but not limited to hacking, data theft, and unauthorized access to student records, is prohibited.
  • Violation of these terms may have legal consequences under the Republic Act of 2012 on Cybercrime, which prescribes penalties of imprisonment and fines for violations.
