The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,306 out of 1,741 candidates passed the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination. The Board of Real Estate Service conducted the exam in various locations, including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban on April 22, 2025.
Russell D. Buencamino, a student at the ALPHA Review Center and Philippine Christian University-Manila, achieved the highest score of 91.50%.
