About Zheerex Villero, CPA
Zheerex Villero is a highly accomplished certified public accountant with outstanding academic achievements in real estate. He secured top spots in the Real Estate Broker (Top 2) and Real Estate Appraiser (Top 1) Board Exams this 2024. He earned his BS in Accountancy at the University of the Philippines Visayas Tacloban College and completed his BS in Real Estate Management at the University of Cebu Main Campus. He is pursuing a master’s in Environmental Planning at the Philippine Christian University.
Zheerex’s commitment and continuous pursuit of growth make him a well-rounded and inspiring individual. He has established his own real estate business, ZFVillero Real Estate, in Mandaue City, Cebu. Also, he has decided to share his knowledge and success strategies by becoming a mentor at ALPHA Real Estate Review Center, showing his desire to give back and contribute to the community. Zheerex’s path toward success is far from over, and we can expect even greater accomplishments from him.
