About Engr. Jeyo Leoncio
Engr. Jeyo is an accomplished structural engineer with over ten years of experience in the field of civil engineering. He founded JML Engineering Consultancy, which has provided exceptional structural design solutions to clients for many years.
Having graduated Cum Laude from the University of Sto. Tomas, Engr. Jeyo continued to pursue excellence in his field by obtaining a master’s degree in Civil engineering at the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2019. He has an impressive academic track record, having topped the board exam twice in the same year of his graduation in BS Real Estate Management.
Engr. Jeyo attributes his success to his strong work ethic and the exceptional training he received under the guidance of the ALPHA Real Estate Review Center. He holds four PRC licenses as a Civil Engineer, Master Plumber, Real Estate Broker, and Appraiser. He is set to impart his vast wealth of knowledge by being a mentor at ALPHA.
