About Genalyn Christine Cruz
Genalyn Christine Cruz is a highly accomplished licensed real estate broker and appraiser who has consistently achieved top positions on board exams. She ranked Top 5 in the REALEX and Top 8 in the REBLEX Board Exam 2024. In addition, she was the Champion of the BSREM Students Quiz Bee Individual Competition at the Real Estate and Allied Partners Expo 2023.
With expertise in real estate marketing, brokerage, appraisal, and more, she upholds the highest standards of practice and service. Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde, where she received the Frontier Tower Associate Philippines Scholarship Grant. She has consistently made the Dean’s List and has been actively involved in various organizations.
As a new mentor for the ALPHA Real Estate Review Center, Christine shares her knowledge and experience in strategic board exam review methods and insights into achieving success in the board exam through her lectures.
