About Christina Romella Uy, CPA
Christina Romella Uy is a highly accomplished and versatile professional holding licenses as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Real Estate Appraiser (REA), and Real Estate Broker (REB). Christina graduated Magna Cum Laude and the Class Valedictorian of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2017.
Building on her academic success as the Top Performer (Rank 1) in BSREM at Trinity University of Asia, she further distinguished herself by achieving 2nd place in both REALEX 2024 and REBLEX 2025.
Her professional experience spans diverse roles, including her current position as a Senior Branch Manager at Avida Land Corp., where she leads sales strategies and manages a team. Prior to this, Christina gained significant experience as a Senior Associate in Assurance at SGV & Co., handling financial and integrated audits for major clients. She also served as a Senior Finance Analyst at Deutsche Bank.
Christina also serves as a Part-Time Professor at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (accounting and finance). Her analytical skills and software proficiency are recognized through academic awards. As a former ALPHA student, Cristina dedicates herself to guiding current ALPHA reviewees to exam success.
