About Atty. Jenny Flor Cabaddu
Atty. Jenny Flor Cabaddu possesses a strong and diverse educational foundation, marked by honors such as Valedictorian and Salutatorian distinctions in her early schooling, followed by a BS in Management Accounting (2009), a Bachelor of Laws and Letters (2015), and a BS in Real Estate Management (2024). Her career began in accounting before transitioning to the legal field, where she served as an Attorney IV and currently holds the position of Assistant Provincial Assessor for the Province of Isabela. She is also a member of professional organizations.
Atty. Cabaddu’s accomplishments include providing legal representation and counsel, facilitating mediation, and offering expertise in real property. She achieved significant milestones by passing the Bar Examinations in 2015 and securing top 5 placements in both the Real Estate Appraisers Examination (August 2024) and the Real Estate Brokers Examination (April 2025). Alongside her role as Assistant Provincial Assessor, Atty. Cabaddu is actively involved in private law practice, serves as a part-time professor at Isabela State University, and is a commissioned Notary Public.
